What areas do you serve?
WoofPack Pet Care serves Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs, and Morrisville. If you are unsure if you are in our service area, just send us an email or give us a call!
Why choose WoofPack instead of your friend's kid or the neighborhood teen?
Great question! One we hear more than any other.
Yes, we are more expensive than the kid you pay $10 to walk your dog or feed your cat.
But, do they have insurance? What happens if they get injured? Will they sue you? Do they have a signed authorization for your vet if something happens? What if money or valuables goes missing, are they bonded?
Or simply, what if they don’t show up? Kids often forget…especially when it’s not their regular j-o-b 🙂

All of our employees go through initial screening, phone interview, in-person interview, background check, Red Cross Pet First Aid & CPR training and on-the-job training. We only hire people we would want in our house 🙂
How do I know what goes on while you're with my babies?
What if my pet has an accident?
No worries, we’ll clean it up! When you set up your profile, you’ll let us know where the cleaning supplies are and what cleaning methods you prefer so that when you get home, your home is just the way you left it.
How can I communicate directly with my pet sitter?

How do I schedule a visit?
If it’s your first time using WoofPack, simply click “Book Now” to set up your initial consultation. After that, you’ll be off and running with the ability to schedule all of your visits at the click of a button. If you’re a current client, simply log in to your client portal and request when you need us!
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens. Things come up. Plans change. We get it. Which is why we don’t charge a cancellation fee 🙂
Do you have a client referral program?
Yes! We know that when it comes to your home and pets, it’s not easy to trust just anyone. How do we know the neighbor down the street or the person from Craigslist will follow your routine. So when our client’s have a great experience with WoofPack we want to make sure we show our appreciate for their referrals. Any time you refer a friend or family member to WoofPack, your next two visits are on the house!
