WoofPack was so great in helping me welcome my puppy into my family when I had to be at work all day. So dependable and I absolutely LOVED the photos and info they shared with me from each visit. I highly recommend using them. I know I will continue to, whenever I need.

We were suddenly abandoned by our previous dog sitting service and were left on a weekend scrambling for a replacement. From day 1, on a weekend, WoofPack has been exceptional. The owner, Paul, and our substitute walker (the one that was to be our regular sitter was on vacation & the next day emailed us to introduce himself & set up a visit upon his return!!!), Pam, came to our home to meet our pups on a Saturday.They were professional and caring, very reassuring. They started that Monday. Jim, our regular walker, came to meet all of us Wednesday and started working with them the next day.They bill for visit, not by time. They have an App that shows the walking path taken, gives elimination reports and that they locked the door- oh, and they provide pictures from during the visit. Our walker, Jim, is a retired dog trainer and gives (what we feel) is above-and-beyond-more-than-we-could-ask-for pet care. We reinforce the commands Jim uses from his reports. Our fur babies behavior changes (for the positive) is very evident daily.This pet service is one of absolute professionalism with that special caring touch and personalized service. You don’t need to go anywhere else - the value with Woofpack is priceless. We heartily wish we would have found them years ago!!!

WoofPack Pet Care has been so wonderful to our furry ones (a very energetic dog and vocal & independent cat) every time we go out of town. We really appreciate the updates and pictures they provide after each visit so we always know they were well taken care of. Because we go out of town pretty sporadically, we've had a different pet sitter each time. And each time has been great, so you know they hire wonderful sitters!

Responsible, caring and thorough. Jack and his crew have taken care of our two dogs and cat for three separate weekends while we have been busy with our college boys. I never once worried about them being taken care of as I had requested. I would definitely recommend them.

They took great care of my cat. The daily updates were great, and Matt was very nice, prompt, and answered my questions. They allowed me to enjoy my vacation by removing any worries. I will definitely use them again.

Had a great experience with Woofpack. Jack and Meredith were both very responsive. The company also effectively leverages technology to make scheduling and monitoring of their care much easier. Also I like that the company uses a simple pricing structure. Most importantly my doggies were healthy and happy. Jack and Meredith were also very patient with a one of my dogs who can be difficult to deal with. Thank you Jack and Meredith!

Wow, what a terrific company, and what a super service they provide! Paul and Jack are pet lovers first and foremost. Jack helped us with in-home care for 10 days for our old Chi Chi. Jack was fantastic, followed instructions explicitly, provided us with unbelievably great communication throughout our vacation (emails everyday with pics, came over a couple of times to feed our pup so he could acclimate to him, nice!)...we cannot say enough good things about WoofPack Pet Care. They are very responsible, caring, and trustworthy, and we will use them again.

Such a great investment in having peace of mind about my fur babies! I recently used WoofPack while on vacation and it made leaving my puppies behind a little easier! WoofPack is the perfect solution to caring for our pets when we have to travel. With three detailed updates per day, including photos, we know that everything is under control at home. Compared to when we have boarded them, our German shepherds are much less anxious when we are away since they are able to remain in their own home. Also, we love it when we return from a trip and our dogs are home waiting to greet us. Using WoofPack has made leaving our pets less stressful for us as well as our cherished furry family members.

These people are the best!! I felt completely at ease leaving my cats in their care. My cats were completely taken care of, and I love getting pics of them each time they were fed!! I would absolutely refer them to anyone who cherishes their pets as much as I do!!

After being told by my previous petsitting service that they yet again could not accommodate my request to care for my pets while I was out of town, I sought out an alternative. I conversed directly with the owner of WoofPack Pet Care about my situation, and even with short notice, they were able to assist with my needs. They are prompt and professional with their visits, sending regular updates that include photos and a recap of their care appointment. When I travel, I feel confident my pets are well cared for thanks to WoofPack Pet Care.

I utilized WoofPack to care for my Senior Cat. With lots o years behind her, she has a fair number of needs. Paul did a great job of taking care of her. I really liked knowing when WoofPack was at the house and receiving photos of my cat while away. I would definitely recommend WoofPack for your petsitting needs.

We have been using Woofpack for over a year now, and Mel and her team (Lori) are FANTASTIC! My family has lived in several places and consequently, we have hired several different pet sitters over the years. Woofpack is our absolute favorite for our cats. They take excellent care of our fur babies, particularly...- Staying the entire length of time they say they will visit the cats (we have a front door cam so I always know when they come and go from our house)- Enter and leave the house with care, making sure not to let animals out and ensuring the door is locked behind them- Playing with the cats (some pet sitters don't take much time to engage with the cats, but they love play time!)- Sending us texts and photos after every single visit- Getting back to us quickly with confirmation on availability and bookings (and we never had a time where we asked for pet sitting and they couldn't come, even during busy holidays)- Convenient payment methods (we used check and PayPal)- When our daughter was born, we needed an emergency pet sitting visit. Melissa came herself.The cats are always so relaxed when we get home, even after long trips. Mel and Lori are the perfect combo of professional and compassionate. We are so happy to have found Woofpack!

Mel is fantastic! Left my kitties in her care many times when I lived in Raleigh. She takes photos and texts them to you during each visit which is very reassuring. She is very caring and it always felt like my cats were in the care of a family member. I highly recommend her!

My black lab is my baby and I trust her completely in the care of Woofpack! Melissa and her team are reliable, trustworthy and my pup loves them. I can tell that she has received lots of love and care during her visits through pictures and her scorecard. I love getting pictures of her playing, eating and just smiling while we are gone. Additionally, Melissa has worked with my ever changing (work) schedule without hesitation. I cannot imagine using anyone else!
