(Vacation Packages and Overnight Visits include daily text pictures and a handwritten “Scoreboard” …to let you know what your pet was up to while you were away!  Clients who use us on a weekly basis receive text pictures each visit, as well as a 10% discount when we care for your pet 3 or more times per week!)

Initial Consultation Free of Charge

• Approximately 30-45 minutes
• We come to your home to introduce ourselves to you and your pets, become familiar with their own specific personalities and needs, complete necessary paperwork, and collect two keys. We want you to feel totally comfortable after our meeting, and for you to have absolutely no concerns whatsoever with leaving your precious pets in our care-you’ll have no doubt that they’ll be spoiled just like our own pets while you’re away from home!

Single! Time Visit                                                                                                       $17

• One visit; 15-20 minutes in length
• Consists of a brief walk, fresh water, a treat, clean-up, and tons of TLC!
• Includes up to 2 dogs and 1 cat per household (when dogs can be walked together)

Double! Time Visit $20

• One visit; 30 minutes in length
• Consists of a long walk, fresh water, a treat, clean-up, and tons of TLC!
• Includes up to 2 dogs and 1 cat per household (when dogs can be walked together)

Triple! Time Visit $24

• One visit; 45 minutes in length
• Consists of a fast-paced, long walk, playtime, fresh water, a treat, clean-up, and tons of TLC!
• Includes up to 2 dogs and 1 cat per household (when dogs can be walked together)

Purrfect Visit $17

• 15-20 minutes in length
• Consists of litter box clean-up, fresh food and water, playtime (if he’s interested!), and tons of TLC (again, if he can be bothered!)
• Includes up to 2 cats per household

Grand Slam! Vacation Package $50

• Consists of 2 Single! Time Visits and 1 Double! Time Visit
• Includes up to 2 dogs and 1 cat per household (when dogs can be walked together)
• We’ll give you peace of mind knowing that your home appears occupied, by alternating the lights and/or blinds, switching on and off the lights, taking the trash/recyclables to the curb, and bringing in the mail and newspaper

Homerun! Overnight Care $70

• For those who just don’t want their precious pets to spend the night alone, we offer to stay in your home from the hours of 10pm to 7am.  Yes, we’ll let them sleep on the bed with us (and for burrowers, IN the bed!)
• Includes up to 2 dogs and 1 cat per household

**We’ll gladly care for more than the number of pets included in the above rates. The largest number of pets in one house that we’ve taken care of so far is 6! If you have a “pack” on your hands, then additional dogs are $3 each per visit, and cats are $2 each per visit!**

Other Important Information:

We are happy to offer clients the ability to pay using Paypal or credit card; however, it will be necessary for us to add a 3% service charge on to your total in order to offset transaction fees

We will gladly provide medication administration to your pets; however, there will be an additional $5 charge if it involves an injectible or “pilling” (requiring us to manually place the medication in the back of the pet’s mouth).

We try our best to accommodate any last minute client needs, and in doing so, there will be a $5 fee for any visits scheduled same-day.

If services are canceled within 24 hours of scheduled visit/s, 50% of the charge associated with the scheduled visit/s will NOT be refundable. Same-day cancellations are NOT refundable.  Cancellations must be made by phone by calling 919-810-8381.

If a client returns home early from a scheduled trip, fees charged for time reserved the day of the actual unexpected return will not be credited.  Any remaining time will be credited only, and able to be used towards future pet care needs. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED.

We cannot guarantee that an additional visit can be scheduled with your pet/s if you request the visit after services have begun and less than 24 hours of when you’d like the additional visit to take place. We will of course try our best to accommodate your needs!

There is a $30 returned check fee.

There will be an additional $5 holiday fee per visit on the following days/Holiday weekends:  New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving & following Friday, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

It is our policy to hang on to the two keys you provide, following your original dates of service. This enables you to book future service effortlessly-with just a call, text or email. If you would prefer to have your keys returned to you, there will be a $10 key return fee.

             **Please realize that we are able to provide the consultation at no cost to you with the knowledge that extra trips to return keys (or obtain keys if they are not ready during the consultation) are not going to be expected.  Please be assured that your keys are kept securely in our safe at all times.
